A non-refundable deposit of £100 is due at the time of booking. The balance is due 30 days before the wedding date. Failure to pay the balance in full by the due date will be deemed to be a cancellation of the booking and we will not provide a service in these circumstances. In addition, if the balance is not paid 30 days before the hire date, we reserve the right to accept bookings from other customers for the cars that were booked, but never fully paid for.
We keep all our vehicles fully maintained to the highest standards however, in the unlikely event of a breakdown, puncture or accident, we will provide a suitable substitute vehicle or we shall make a full refund by your request.
In the unlikely event of us being unable to provide a service because of mechanical breakdown, accident, traffic jams, road works, severe weather, or any other event that is out of our control, we shall not be liable for any consequential losses and any liability on our part will be limited to the money paid by the hirer.
Should any damage be caused to a vehicle by the hirer or their guests, the hirer will be liable for the full costs of any repairs that need to be undertaken to repair the vehicle.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage to personal property left in a vehicle. All customers please ensure to keep all your belongings with you upon leaving any of our vehicles.
By filling in a booking form the hirer accepts all of the above terms and conditions.

From Ashford A20, head west on A20/Simone Weil Ave toward Simone Weil Ave.
At A28, take the 3rd exit onto A20/Maidstone Road, go through 1 roundabout.
At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto A252 turn left into Bowl Road then turn right to Stalisfield Church Road. We are the 3rd property on the left. Care is needed as these roads are country lanes.
